What this website collects
The current quote form runs on your device and uses the details you enter only to prepare a text message. The website does not receive or store those form fields. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the message from your phone.
Text messages and photos
When you send a text or photos to Friendly Neighborhood Junk Removal, the information is used to review your service request, communicate about the job, provide an estimate, schedule service, and maintain ordinary business records. A service inquiry does not enroll you in recurring promotional text messages.
Analytics
This site is prepared to use Google Analytics only when a real measurement ID is configured. When analytics is not configured, no Google Analytics script is loaded. If enabled, analytics may collect standard usage information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and interactions with call, text, and quote buttons. It does not receive the private text message you compose.
Cookies
The current site does not add a decorative or unnecessary cookie banner. If analytics or advertising technology is enabled later, the site owner should review the final configuration and add consent controls where required.
Sharing and retention
Service-request information may be shared only with providers needed to communicate, schedule, perform, or document the requested service. Records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, tax, dispute, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the quote form, choose not to send photos, or ask about a prior service message by calling (559) 363-2541. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity documents through the quote text.
Policy changes
This policy should be updated if the site adds a connected CRM form, online payment, scheduling, advertising pixels, file storage, or another data-collection tool.
